How Can I Help?

Individual Counseling:
Individuals seek out counseling when something in their lives is not working out as expected.  An initial 90-minute intake session is followed by weekly 50-minute sessions addressing the concerns of the individual.  Typically, motivated individuals can achieve their therapeutic goals within 16-20 weeks.

Coaching:
Individuals seek out coaching when they have a specific goal they are working to achieve.  An initial 90-minute intake session followed by weekly 50-minute sessions assisting the individual until they achieve his/her goal.  Time varies based on each individual’s goal.

Career Counseling:
Individuals seek out career counseling when their present careers are no longer bringing them satisfaction.  An initial 2-hour intake session followed by values, personality and interest inventory assessments, concluding with a detailed report and 2-hour session exploring alternative careers that testing has indicated might lead to a fulfilling career.
